About Kunal Ganjawala: Kunal Ganjawala is an Indian playback singer. Kunal finished his schooling from St. Peter's School, Mazagaon and graduated from the Elphinstone College in Mumbai. He finished his training in Indian classical music from Bhatiya Vidya Bhavan.


Kunal was spotted by Poornima (Sushma Shrestha), a renowned Indian playback singer in the 1992 St. Xavier College’s Malhar Festival. She introduced him to well known music directors like Ranjit Barot, Rajat Dholakia and Leslie Lewis, who gave him the chance to sing jingles. He came into limelight with the popular jingle ‘Doodh Doodh Doodh". His first album was Ek Cutting Chai in 1999. Later, he sang the remix song "Hai Re Hai Tera Ghungta" in Jalwa III, an album by Leslie Lewis. He has sung the song "Honey Honey" and the remix of the song "Bindu Re Bindu" in an album called Absolute Mix.


Kunal started his career in Bollywood with the film Andolan (1995). Later, he sang in the two Hindi films, Saajan Chale Sasural (1996) and Saat Rang Ke Sapne (1998). He got his major breakthrough with the song "Bheege Hont Tere" from the film Murder (2004)


His breakthrough hit, Bheegey Hont from the film Murder, won the 2005 Zee Cine Award for Best Playback Singer (male). He has sung four songs in Saawariya, directed by Sanjay Leela Bansali, who is his cousin.
